Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as a top females. Aleesha, born in 1984, comes from an athletic family. The siblings of her played various athletics, including skating and hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of sports like soccer, basketball, and softball before getting into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license when she won her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began her professional career in the year 2008. She competed in 2014 in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. In 2015, she remained in the 9th position. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha came in at sixth in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 after she took home her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had her best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, when she placed fourth. But the "World's strongest mother" needed to stop her training due to health issues.
